CYCLE: High-intensity cycle class to a playlist curated by your instructor. Typically beginning with a warmup that transitions into hills and sprints and finishes with a cool down / stretch.
CYCLE CIRCUIT: Our signature class! A mixture of "Cycle" and "Bootcamp". You'll be on and off the bike for intervals of weights and cardio for an all in one calorie shredding and muscle building class.
QUICK CYCLE: The same as "Cycle" but a shorter class.
METCON: Amrap, Emom, Tabata... an all out calorie torcher that combines both weights and cardio.
PILATES TO THE CORE: Core strengthening, low impact, total body workout to help you improve your abs, back and other core muscle groups while increasing your overall strength and flexibility.
THROWBACK STEP: Classic step choreography that will boost your heart rate as well as work on your muscles.
